Highway 101 is the aorta supporting Silicon Valley, home to the most innovative high-tech companies and one of the most desirable destinations for hard-working immigrant families from around the world.101LEGAL.COM is the web portal of the Law Offices of Liaoteng Wang, an immigration and business law firm founded in Palo Alto with the goal of assisting clients in the United States and abroad to fully realize their potentials and American Dreams.
Every immigrant to the United States, including the best and brightest of us, an exemplary example of which is shown below, needs a green card to be eligible for many life-changing opportunities; thereafter, the immigrant will encounter various legal issues, whether in business or in personal life.
Having personally experienced the difficulties of living and working in the United States without a green card, I have helped dozens of friends, on a pro bono basis, obtain green cards.

I attended the launch and planning workshop for BCLT's Asia IP Project held at UCSF, ran into Judge Rader, and took a picture with him 12 years after I left his chambers at the Federal Circuit---thanks to him again for giving me the excellent opportunity for studying the U.S. patent laws at the best place! |
