Flat-Fee:
Most immigration matters are undertaken on a flat-fee basis, with attorney fees 50% due upon the signing of the retainer agreement, 50% due upon the case filing, and 100% refundable if the case is not approved by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and you do not want to pursue the legal remedies available in administrative and judicial court against USCIS to correct the ruling. For an I-140 immigrant petition (EB-1A, EB-1B, or NIW), after a free evaluation, the 100% attorney fee is set at a competitive rate, with the guarantee of success and if not, complete refund.
Hourly:
Certain matters, such as strategic counseling, are best handled by an hourly arrangement. We will not incur such hourly charges without first providing you a good-faith estimate and obtaining your prior approvals to proceed.
